For the next few days you will find 80% off sales at JCPenny! I was in the Cities yesterday and stopped at Ridgedale Mall. I haven't been to Hutch's store...yet...might dip in later tonight to see what there is to see!
I spent $50 and got:
Lots of stuff for $2-$4 were on the racks. The best deal would be to go buy something small and cheap and on your cash register receipt take the quick survey to get you another 15% off, which CAN be combined with any sale/coupons they are running. Then go back and stock up, taking advantage of the 80% off + the 15% off coupon!
Also, if you get their mailings, check to see if you got a $10 off of $50 purchase or $15 off a $75 purchase which also can be used during this sale.

Menards Rebate Program
I am beginning to love Menards and their rebate program. Have you heard about it?
If you purchase $10 worth of non-rebate items, there is always an assortment of items (seems to always be over $10 worth) that you can get for free after a mail in rebate.
So, a while back, I went to Menards to purchase something I needed, it was around $12. Then I put quite a few of the items that were free with rebate in my cart and checked out. My total that day was fairly high.
Then I mailed in the rebates. They all went in the same envelope, one stamp...usually they can, because they go to the same address.
Then I got a card back in the mail, a merchandise check for Menards. I used this to purchase another $10 item I needed and stocked up on the free rebate items again.
Repeat.
This week at Menards the following items are free after rebate:
•Below the Bed organizer - $8 - Limit 2

•Circular saw blade - $4 - Limit 2

Wal*Mart's "Littlest Pet Shop" Parade
On Saturday, February 13 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm the Hutchinson Wal*Mart (and many other Wal*Mart's across the nation) will be having a "Littlest Pet Shop Parade"!
A parade will be held around the store every 10-20 minutes where fans of the Littlest Pet Shop can line up and parade around the store.
There will be special products available for purchase, free giveaways, stickers and more!
Sounds like a very cute and fun event if you have a fan in your family. There is no cost for this.

Joe and I were just discussing our 2010 Disney vacation yesterday, wondering how in the world we will pay for it all when it seems we are getting hit from left and right with "budget busters"...and our little guy is turning 3, so he will now need a park ticket and not be free at the buffets. I know we have a long time to save yet, and I literally save every nickel I can...we have a jar of change on our counter next to the toaster! And all my rebate money, and earned money online will hopefully go toward our vacation.
This $25 gift card (and anything additional I earn) will help pay for the food we will eat, or park tickets. I know it may seem silly, being its only $25, but this gives me some "Disney hope" that we WILL make it. Maybe just maybe, I will earn two-or even three-by the time our vacation rolls around! (dates aren't yet set in case you are wondering!) :)
