I saw on Hey, it's Free! a post on a free sample of either Lorac Bronzer, or Couture Lipstick.
It's a PDF coupon that you simply take to your local JCPenny's Sephora counter. The coupon does not say a purchase is necessary; however, it does list that only one is good "per purchase" - I am assuming this means per visit / transaction.

Unfortunately, the closest JCPenny with a Sephora counter is Eden Prairie Center - Hutchinson's does not have a Sephora counter.
